In the eastern tradition, the dragon is generally regarded the as representing power, nobleness, honor, luck, and success – all very good signs. It is usually depicted as having a long, rather snake-like body, with small legs and wings.
The Chinese Dragon pen features just such an image in a gold leaf inlay, swirling around the barrel. A band of matching “dragon scales” wraps around the cap.

As with all of my pens, the Chinese Dragon has a Cerakote ceramic clear coat, providing a nearly impregnable protective coating over the entire pen. I have carried my first pen, the Moonwalk, with this coating for over two years with zero signs of wear.
You have a choice of either fountain pen or rollerball versions of this pen. The fountain pen is fitted with a #6 JoWo steel nib in a choice of widths, including XF, F, M, and B, while the rollerball includes a smooth writing Schmidt rollerball refill.
